Account-based requests

The private support form is built into the learner workspace. It needs an account, and new accounts cannot be issued while verification email is off. For now, use the mailbox on this page. The built-in ticket form is account-only, and its Gmail reply connection is not active yet.

Current service status

I cannot create or recover an account

The access form cannot send a verification link because outgoing account email is off. No new account or recovery credential can be issued through the site today.

I have an accessibility issue

Email the HCESL work mailbox with the page address, what you were trying to do, and the device or assistive technology you used. Avoid including credentials.

I need to report a privacy concern

Email the work mailbox with “HCESL privacy request” in the subject. The private ticket channel in the workspace requires an account. Email is the available route for now.
